Touch Down Chili! Can’t believe we are sharing this but here is our family recipe for the absolute BEST plant based chili…ever…and it’s so easy!

Can we get a “Sooner”?

Touch Down ChiliHeat in large pot:

2 tsp olive oil

And add:

1 large onion, chopped. Cook for 3-5 min.

Add the following:

1 package Beyond Meat

2-3 Tbsp Chili Powder

1 tsp. Ground Cumin

1 Bay Leaf

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1 tsp. Paprika

Stir until well coated and add:

2 squares of Dark Chocolate

1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

32 ounce Vegetable Broth

8 oz. can Tomato Sauce

1 jar Mild Salsa

1 jar Tomatillo Salsa

2 cans Black Beans, drained and rinsed

2 cans Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed

2 cans Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed

Simmer and enjoy!
